On June 4, 2025, the Ukrainian Building Congress (UBC)
took place at the Parkovy Convention and Exhibition Center in Kyiv — a
large-scale industry event that became a key platform for discussing the prospects
of Ukraine’s reconstruction, next-generation urban planning solutions, and
attracting investment in construction and infrastructure.
The event gathered over 700 participants, including
representatives of the development sector, international organizations,
government agencies, financial institutions, architects, engineers, and
contractors from Ukraine, Europe, Turkey, and the Middle East.
The ProfitCore team also participated in the congress, joining panel
discussions and networking sessions. Company representatives explored current
market trends, established new business connections, and discussed
opportunities for joint investment and development initiatives.
Key discussion topics included:
- The
government’s strategy for rebuilding war-affected regions;
- Attracting
private capital into infrastructure and residential construction;
- New
approaches to construction — energy efficiency, modularity,
sustainability;
- Investment
projects with high return potential;
- The
role of local and international players in shaping the new architecture of
the country.
UBC 2025 concluded with project presentations seeking
financing and B2B meetings, where participants had the opportunity to form
strategic partnerships.
