On April 16, 2025, the ProfitCore team participated in the Recovery Construction
Forum Ukraine 2.0, held at the Hilton Kyiv hotel.
The event brought
together around 350 participants from across Ukraine and served as a key
platform for discussing practical solutions in the reconstruction of housing,
critical infrastructure, and investment mobilization.
🔹 Block 1: Residential
Reconstruction
The first session focused on the reconstruction of destroyed housing, a crucial
issue for millions of Ukrainians. Participants discussed the effectiveness of
the state programs "eVidnovlennia" and "eOselya", the
development of social rental housing, the use of fast-track construction
technologies, and alternative mortgage models.
The discussion featured representatives from Ukrfinzhytlo,
the Housing Institute, UNHCR Ukraine, the All-Ukrainian
Association of Communities, and officials from the Bucha and Borodianka
municipalities.
🔹 Block 2: Critical
and Social Infrastructure
This section emphasized the importance of a comprehensive approach to
rebuilding socially significant infrastructure, including schools,
kindergartens, healthcare facilities, and utilities. Topics included safety,
public-private partnerships, and the application of international best
practices in reconstruction.
Participants included UNDP Ukraine, the Business
Ombudsman Council, Ukrvodokanalekologiya, and representatives of the
Irpin and Kharkiv city councils.
A special address was given by Ihor Kuzin, Deputy
Minister of Health of Ukraine, who presented the HEAL Ukraine initiative
— a comprehensive recovery effort for the national healthcare system focusing
on infrastructure, staffing, equipment, and medical services.
🔹 Block 3: Investment
in Reconstruction
The final session explored the investment potential of Ukraine’s recovery.
Experts discussed strategies for attracting capital, available public and
private support programs, and ways to enhance Ukraine’s investment appeal
today.
Key contributors included representatives from the Ministry
of Economy, UkraineInvest, the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce,
AHK Ukraine, the Association of Small Towns of Ukraine, the Industrial
Parks of Ukraine, and companies such as CBRE, BGV Group, and Caparol
Ukraine.
🔹 Recovery Agency
Initiatives
Yurii Sverba, Deputy Head of the State Agency for Infrastructure
Restoration of Ukraine, presented the agency's strategic priorities:
- Restoration
of damaged communities;
- Reconstruction
of social infrastructure;
- Construction
of municipal housing;
- Protection
of energy infrastructure;
- Development
of cross-border logistics facilities;
- A
pilot project for the comprehensive reconstruction of five settlements,
including housing, administrative buildings, schools, healthcare
facilities, cultural centers, and roads.
The forum became a vital space for dialogue among
government, communities, business, and international partners. Ukraine
continues its confident path toward large-scale modernization with a focus on
reconstruction, resilience, innovation, and investment attractiveness.
