The ProfitCore team attended Expo
Real 2024 — an international real estate and investment trade fair held
from October 7 to 9, 2024, at the exhibition center in Munich. The event
gathered over 40,000 participants from 75 countries and regions and featured
1,778 exhibitors from 34 countries.
EXPO REAL vividly demonstrated that, despite challenging economic
conditions, the real estate industry continues to move forward.
At the conference sessions and
exhibition stands, key topics such as the renovation of existing buildings,
digitalization, and sustainable development were actively discussed.
Special attention was paid to economic aspects related to profitability and
demand.
Although the economic situation in Germany remains difficult, the
outlook remains cautiously optimistic.
Current challenges can only be
overcome through new approaches and collaboration, which is why EXPO REAL
serves as an ideal platform for new ideas and the exchange of thoughts.
At a
time when it is crucial to meet the new market demands, it provides an
excellent opportunity to discuss current trends and issues, as well as to
establish new partnerships. This was once again vividly demonstrated this year.
EXPO REAL also successfully addressed the most pressing issues. As expected, topics such as profitability and demand were even more prominent at this year’s event. The mood in Europe, and in the German economy in particular, has worsened recently. Therefore, it was important to make sustainable development accessible through innovation, to develop cost-effective housing solutions, and to create future-oriented usage concepts.
